It's ironic that those who scream 'illegal immigration' the loudest are themselves the descendants of immigrants who forcibly displaced and marginalized the true native inhabitants of this land. Let's not forget that the only people who can truly claim to be 'legal' in America are the Native American communities who have been here for thousands of years.

Rather than peddling falsehoods and stoking fear, we should be working towards a fair, humane, and inclusive immigration system that recognizes the value, dignity, and contributions of all individuals. We must acknowledge the historical injustices inflicted upon Native American communities and work towards reconciliation and reparations.

Let's stand together against Trump's barbaric agenda and fight for a future that is just, compassionate, and welcoming to all. A future that recognizes the inherent humanity and worth of every individual, regardless of their immigration status or national origin.
