En effet, c'est dans la région du Bas-Saint-Laurent qu'auront lieu les fermetures.

En tout, Desjardins prévoit fermer 30 % de ses succursales au Québec d'ici 2026, pour prioriser la numérisation des services bancaires.

Le 6 juin, les centres situés dans les MRC de Témiscouata et des Basques seront fermés, suivis, le 13 juin, des centres de la MRC de Rivière-du-Loup, Rimouski-Neigette.

Selon le président du conseil d'administration de la Caisse du Témiscouata, Nicolas Cervant Caron, les fermetures entraîneront la suppression d'une dizaine d'emplois.

--Clarify what behavior is not acceptable to you.
--Assertively express these concerns to others.
--Don't assume people can read your mind.

--Engaging in more activities that bring you joy.
--Reduce activities creating unnecessary drama & stress.

👉🏻 3. Surround yourself with supportive people.
--Reach out to trusted friends, family, or colleagues.
--Often they can offer a fresh perspective and solutions.
--Tap into them for advice, guidance, or emotional support.

--Keep a record of specific instances of toxic behavior.
--Useful if you need to escalate things to the higher-ups.
--Include dates, times, and descriptions.
