-- Vous voyez la viande ou le poisson sur les étables et aucunes mouche ne rodé dessus, attention il y a du for*mol qui les repousse;

--Vous avez des tomates qui sont bien mûres mais quand vous fendez, les pépins sont tout vert, présence du for*mol;

--Les bananes et plantains mûrs avec un jaune très éclatant et attirant. Lorsque vous mangez la banane. Le milieu est encore dure, le Plantain lui lorsque cuit à la vapeur, il est plutôt comme blanc , il ya du for*mol dedans;

--Les légumes que vous trouvez sur le marché à 12h par exemple qui ont leurs feuilles encore très fraîches comme au petit matin (si l'on ne vient pas juste de récolté), les vendeuses aspergent le for*mol dessus pour le conserver en l'état. Lorsque vous voyez ceci, allez vers les feuilles fanées. Il en est de même pour les condiments verts.

Pour le reste, je conseille chacun de disposer suffisamment de charbon de bois des arbres fruitiers chez lui. Il est très important pour les fruits, légumes, poulet, viande etc que vous achetez. Prenez une quantité de charbon et mettez la dans une bassine d'eau. Ensuite laissez tremper les aliments à l'intérieur de cette eau pendant 30 à 40 mn. Les produits toxi*ques seront suffisamment absorbés par ce charbon. Et vous pouvez faire cuire vos repas.

Enfin si on peut faire des efforts pour réduire au maximum le fait de manger dehors, ce serait bénéfique pour chacun.

Pour conclure ne jamais oublier de sanctifier tout ce que nous devons mettre dans la bouche.
